July 9th Community Forum on Sign Regulations

The Department of Planning and Urban Development will kick-off the process for updating its sign regulations with a Community Forum on July 9, from 6-7:30 PM, in Rm 24 at City Hall.

As part of the larger project of rewriting the City’s Land Use Code, this is an opportunity to ensure that new sign standards reflect the needs of different property types, businesses, and neighborhoods.

The end result will be modern sign regulations that are illustrated and clear, supportive of the needs of local businesses, and visually compatible with surrounding neighborhoods.

All are welcome to come hear about this new initiative and offer their thoughts about signs in Portland.
