Sammy's Scoops has closed for the season, but in the "spirit" of the day will be giving away free kiddie cones during Trick or Treat tomorrow.  Flavors vary, and while supplies last.  Bring your costumed cuties over for one last scoop til the spring!  And Sammy's sends a thank you out to all the neighborhoods for a great first summer.
