Deering Planters are back! Thank you to Volunteers and Sponsors

For the fourth year Friends of Woodfords Green, Clean, and Sustainable team installed the Deering Avenue Planters. Thank you to the team leader Vonnett and all of our volunteers on day of installation - Jamie R, Kellan S, Lisa W, Marcia C, Peter M, Clara P, and Tony B. Local businesses State of Mind, Big Sky Bakery, Woodfords F & B, and Bird & co provided funding for the additional rain barrel and all new plants. Nate Cresswell retrofitted another barrel donated by Allagash Brewing. And thank you to our summer watering teams for making the trip three times a week to keep the flowers healthy and beautiful - Heather, Jamie, Jessica, Sam, Shalom, Tony, Abigail, Heidi, Brendan, Marcia, and Peter. An amazing neighborhood effort.
