Yard Sale Trail a great success!

On Saturday October 5th, FWC launched our first Yard Sale Trail to great success! An initiative of the FWC Green, Clean, and Sustainable committee, the YST is an effort to keep unwanted items out of landfills as long as possible by helping neighbors pass on their treasures. Twenty-seven separate addresses, some with multiple families, sold or gave away items for someone else to enjoy.

We learned aIot from out first attempt, and we hope to hold a Yard Sale Trail twice a year, once in Fall and Spring. Thank you to all who participated and provided feedback! We are excited to make the next one even better.
