Summer Fun in Heseltine Park

On Wednesday, July 19th, over 100 neighbors gathered in Heseltine Park to watch Maine Pops Concert Band. Friends of Woodfords Corner board member Eric Larsson, who plays trombone in the band, said the turnout was likely double last year’s.

Folks of all ages enjoyed the sunny weather, a rarity this summer, and many grabbed ice cream from Sammy’s Scoops, a sponsor of the Heseltine Park Summer Concert Series.

Visit Heseltine Park on July 30th from 2 to 2:45 pm for another free show from KindKids Music, a highly interactive show for kids.
