Welcome FWC's First Hire - Sarah!

We are excited to welcome Sarah Shepro to the FWC team as our Administrative Coordinator, as an independent contractor working 10 hours per week. This is a tremendous help to the very active board of directors and committee volunteers. Sarah’s role is managing our communications (website, newsletters, social media), general administration support, and event support. Before we tell you a little more about her, we want to thank our generous donors from the 2022 appeal that made funding this position possible.

Originally from Wisconsin, Sarah was drawn to Maine’s natural beauty and rocky coastline. She moved to the Woodford’s Corner area after spending a year living in Boston. Now, she splits her time between working for Friends of Woodford’s Corner, local nonprofit Cultivating Community, and Hot Suppa.

When not at work, Sarah loves visiting local bakeries for a treat and exploring trails and beaches. Also an avid watercolor painter, Sarah finds inspiration in the Maine outdoors.
