Register your yard sale for the Spring 2025 Woodfords Corner Yard Sale Trail on May 17 (Rain Date: May 18)!
Clean out your closets, cupboards, basements and garages and participate in this neighborhood-wide yard sale. Focus on turning your pre-loved items into someone else's treasure, and leave the promotion/advertising to us!
Here's how it works:
Help make the neighborhood green, clean, and sustainable by selling your unwanted items and giving them a whole new life.
Friends of Woodfords Corner (FWC) will promote the event and publish an electronic map that highlights all the participating yard sale locations.
All you need to do is sign up and show up in your yard the day of the event with all of your items to sell.
Sign up is by donation – suggested donation of $10/yard sale. Donations help cover the staff time and cost of materials needed to operate and promote this event!
Your sale can run anytime that day – FWC will promote the event running from 9am-2pm, but you're welcome to begin and end at times convenient for you.
The Yard Sale Trail is an initiative of FWC’s Green, Clean, & Sustainable Committee. The GCS team focuses on the beauty and sustainability of our neighborhood spaces, and engaging neighbors in sustainable activities. Mostly important, we want to bring the community together to do this work - and demonstrate that caring for our planet can be creative and fun. Over the years, we’ve held sustainability workshops and fairs, hosted an annual garden tour, cleaned up the railroad tracks, and more!
