Second Wave ReCode Changes Available for Review

After reviewing public comments on the first wave of proposed edits to the Portland’s land use code, the city’s planning team has drafted and released a second wave of proposed edits. The ReCode project reflects Portland’s “efforts to support housing creation and affordability, climate resilience, complete neighborhoods, transit-oriented development, and more".

The ReCode team is seeking feedback on the second wave through this spring and summer, both online and through a series of events.
