Trinity Park Clean Up - Thank you!

Once again, a great group of volunteers showed up for the Trinity Park clean and weed party. Last year we planted many perennials, but this spring found that the invasive Bishop’s weed was taking over the bed. So this year, under the leadership of volunteer Davis Hartwell, we dug out the weed and replanted the whole bed. The work will continue all summer as we continue to work on refreshing the park plantings. It’s a labor of love and a lot of work. We want to thank all the volunteers from the church, Cheverus High School and Friends of Woodfords Corner who pitched in. Also thanks to Portland Parks who delivered mulch and removed the debris.
