Welcome JKP Studios to the corner!

Ave, JKP Studios is a working art studio and small curated shop featuring Jordan’s original prints, textiles, upcycled and block-printed clothing, cards, and more. Stop by Wednesday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM to explore the studio, find a unique piece, and connect with the creative process! You can also find Jordan at upcoming events like the BIPOC Night Market and Common Ground Country Fair when they’re not in the studio.

Jordan is an artist and printmaker whose work explores climate, environmental impact, identity, and our relationship with the natural world. Drawing from their experiences as a Black and biracial person, as well as their connection to Maine’s coastal landscapes, they create woodcut and linoleum prints, site-specific installations, and interactive outdoor exhibitions that invite people to slow down, explore, and see their surroundings in a new way. They opened the studio in June as a larger home for their full-time art practice and a place to share their work with the community.

Support local artists, shop local, take a walk around the Corner, and show some love to JKP Studios. Follow them at jordankendallparks.art on Instagram for current shop hours, workshops, new work, and updates from the studio.
