Thank You, Active Transportation Committee!
Have you noticed the new asphalt signs in the Corner to slow traffic in our hub? This is the result of years of advocacy by our Active Transportation Committee (ATC) led by Nancy Grant and supported by many local residents. One aspect of working for a safer and more vibrant Woodfords Corner is working to slow the traffic along Forest Ave. Woodfords Corner is the second busiest intersection in the state and a state highway with thousands of cars coming through every day.
