Catching up with Chez Castel Owner Eric Kalala

We stopped by the small African market tucked into the corner of 799 Forest Ave. Owner Eric Kalala, originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, opened Chez Castel in the summer of 2020 and even with the challenge of the pandemic his vision is alive and well! He reports that in the beginning business was very slow, but it has picked up in the last 3 months. Stop by and welcome Eric to Woodfords Corner!
