Portland Ballet is thrilled to close our 2017–2018 season with the premiere of Nell Shipman's Firebird.

Based on the classic Russian folktale, Firebird is a powerful ballet set to the music of Stravinsky that will delight ballet audiences of all ages. Full of dynamic performance, beauty and magic, Portland Ballet's recreation of this neo-classical ballet is sure to be a new audience favorite and a powerful close to another fantastic season!
