Everyone at some time experiences feelings of depression, loneliness, or despair. These feelings can lead us to believe that we are isolated from everyone else and can no longer find joy in our life. In this series, we will explore how to use Buddhist meditation to skillfully dissolve depression and soften the heaviness created by this mind.
