Saunders Triangle is getting spruced up!

Our wonderful GC&S volunteer, Betsy, has been leading the charge to spruce up the Saunders Triangle. This is the bit of green space at the intersection of Saunders St and Forest Ave by the train tracks.  Check out the progress Betsy and her crew have already made!

Betsy has coordinated with the City of Portland and Dig Safe and got the go ahead to do native planting in the triangle.  This pollinator garden will contain over 250 native perennials, with the capacity to feed 5,000 pollinators each day.
