How Can I Get a Bike Rack in Front of My Woodfords Corner Business?

The first five bike racks donated through our Bike Rack Bonanza campaign have been installed at locations around the Corner! The new bike hitches were made possible by donations from local businesses and community members, and are a tangible commitment to a greener, healthier, more connected Woodfords Corner. These secure and convenient bike parking options will bring cyclists into local shops and facilitate easier trips to the Corner while reducing traffic congestion and air pollution. More than just metal structures, they symbolize a collective effort to enhance the streetscape and cultivate a culture of cycling in our community.
If you or your business is interested in donating a bike rack, follow the steps below:
Donate $300 to Friends of Woodfords Corner via check.
Let us know the location you’d like the rack installed. This is important for us to know in order to comply with the City of Portland’s where restrictions where bike racks can be placed.
